Day 1:Arrival to Tehran
Tehran is the most modern and the capital city of Iran. You can observe the best historical treasures of this city especially in its museums. You will meet your guide at the airport to transfer you to the hotel. After taking a short rest, you will have half-day city tour to visit some highlights of Tehran such as Golestan Palace, Jewelry museum, and Traditional Bazaar. overnight Tehran
Notice: Jewelry museum is open to public from 14:00 to 16:30 from Saturday to Tuesday, so you can replace it with another main museum like National Museum, carpet and mirror museums in this museum city.
Drive to Hamadan. Have half-day city tour to visit Tomb of Esther and Mordechai, Tomb of Baba Taher and Avicenna Mausoleum. Overnight Hamadan.
After Breakfast drive to Kermanshah to visit Taq-e-Bostan, Emad-o-Doleh Mosque and Shafei Mosque. Overnight Kermanshah
In the morning drive to Shushtar, on the way stop at Shush to visit UNESCO World Heritage, the archaeological remains of this once beautiful city built 5500 years ago (Apadana Palace, Shush Museum and French Castle) and Tomb of Daniel. Continue to Chogha Zanbil the UNESCO heritage, Elamite center with its very ancient ziggurat, which was built about 1250 BC by the king Untash-Napirisha, mainly to honor the great God Inshushinak and it is one of the few existent ziggurats outside Mesopotamia. Then, continue to Shushtar. Overnight Shushtar
Day5 : Shushtar_Ahvaz_Behbahan
In Shushtar visit Historical Hydraulic System from the Sassanid era with a complex irrigation system registered as UNESCO heritage list. Shushtar infrastructure included water mills, dams, tunnels, and canals. Visit also Salasel castle and hand-dug Dariun channel. Drive toward Behbahan have a short stop in Ahwaz to see bridges.Overnight Behbahan
Drive to Shiraz via Bishapur, an ancient partly excavated Sassanian city built as a commemoration of Persia’s victory over invading Romans. In addition, you will visit six Bas-reliefs on the rock walls of Tang-e Chogan depicting the Persian Victory Over the Romans kings. Continue to Shiraz. Overnight Shiraz
Full day city tour in Beautiful Shiraz that is city of lovers to visit Nasir Al_Molk Mosque, Qavam House, Zandiyeh Complex which includes a group of monuments (Karimkhan Citadel, Pars Museum, Vakil Mosque, Vakil Bazaar and Vakil Bathhouse) built in early 18th century when Shiraz was the capital of Iran. In Vakil Bazaar and Sarayeh Moshir, you can enjoy great handicrafts such as inlaid works and carpets. You will taste Faloodeh Shirazi an Iranian cold dessert. In the evening, have a family dinner with an Iranian family to get acquainted with Iranian cuisine and lifestyle. Overnight Shiraz
Day 9: Persepolis_Abarkuh
After breakfast, drive to Marvdasht to visit Amazing Persepolis and get amazed with the rock-cut tombs of the Persian kings along with the Sassanid bas reliefs in Naqshe Rostam. Then drive to Abarkuh to visit Aghazadeh Mansion, Solat Historical House, Ancient Ice house and an ancient living cypress tree, the Sarv-e Abarku. This night you stay at one of the great traditional boutique hotels. Overnight Abarkuh
Day 10: Yazd
In the morning, drive to Yazd. Yazd is an ancient city which housed the majority of Zoroastrian inhabitants. By visiting Towers of silence and Fire temple in Yazd you get familiar with Zoroastrian religion. Visiting Water Museum and Amir Chakhmaq square. Here, you can try the famous Iranian Baklava pastries (different from the Greek and Turkish varieties), Ghotab (donut hole-shaped cookies), Loze nârgil (coconut diamonds), and Pashmak (candy floss). You also visit Dowlat Abad garden (UNESCO) a beautiful example of Iranian garden with the longest wind catcher built in 18th century. Overnight Yazd
Day 11: Naein_Isfahan
After Breakfast and checking out your hotel, visit Jame Mosque and old town of Yazd which is (registered as a UNESCO world heritage) famous for wind catchers and Qanats and adobe houses. After lunch, drive to Isfahan. En route to Isfahan, you will visit an old Jame mosque in Naien city and continue your journey till you arrive in Isfahan city. You get relaxed near the Zayandeh Rud river (giving life river) and pass through old historical bridges like Si-o-Se Pol (thirty-three) bridges and Khaju Bridge. Overnight Isfahan.
Day 12: Isfahan
Isfahan was once famous as Nesf-e Jahan, meaning half of the world. And you spend all your day in Naqsh-e Jahan square and get inspired by Islamic arts in the greatest square of Iran. This Complex includes Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque,Imam Mosque, Ali-Qapu Palace and traditional Qeysarieh Bazaar. Qeysarieh Bazaar housed great artists and artisans where you can walk through the arcade bazaar with unique handicrafts till you arrive at Jameh mosque which is the museum of great architecture of Iran and became a prototype of Islamic mosques. In Isfahan, don’t forget to taste sweet Gaz and Isfahani Beryani dish. You can keep your amazing day tour to visit Chehel Sotoun and Hasht Behesht and in the evening, you will visit Vank Cathedral in Jolfa street located in Armenian quarter in Isfahan with beautiful stores and cozy coffee shops, for sure you should taste Armenian coffee of this place and also you can visit Isfahan music museum in Jolfa. Day 13: Abyaneh_Kashan
Drive to Kashan, on the way have a stop to visit Abyaneh village. It is a beautiful village in which people are still living the way they used to live 2500 years ago with its red stair houses and you will be attracted to their clothing to the extent that you can’t resist trying them on or taking them as souvenirs. Men wear long loose black pants with long coats, and women wear flowery loose shirts and crimp skirts with colorful scarves. You can take amazing photos there. Then, keep going to Kashan. Overnight Kashan (you can stay in one amazing Boutique hotel of this City).
Day 14: Kashan_Qom_Tehran
After breakfast, have a half-day city tour in Kashan to visit Tabatabaie and Boroujerdi House, Sultan Ahmad Bathhouse and Fin Garden. Then Drive to Tehran with a short stop in Qom to visit Masoumeh Holy Shrine. Overnight Tehran . (You can stay in Ibis Hotel in Imam Khomeini Airport before departure time.)
